hp laserjet color enterprise m880z

hello,
I have a multifunction hp color laserjet enterprise m880z to be installed at a user.
He asked me to set the pin member and to have a periodic usage reports for each pin of photocopies and printouts.
now you use a multifunction ricoh aficio mpc2050 that handles all this information from the keyboard.
hp m880z can manage this function or you have to integrate with a PC and dedicated software?
Has anyone had this problem? Thanks for the attention.

If that machine is capable of doing that, it will probably be done in the machine's software that is installed on the computer it is printing from.
The computer software for HPs is very different (and much larger) than the software for Ricoh equipment.
