Fort Wayne, IN (June 21, 2018) — PERRY proTECH breaks ground on their new 23,000-square-foot office and warehouse building off Airport Expressway. This new facility serves as an opportunity to consolidate the company’s two existing Fort Wayne locations. The building will occupy roughly 2.5 acres of the 5.5 acre lot. According to Executive Vice President Dave Zimerle, the project is expected to finish by the end of this year. The design of the new building is more tech-driven and tech-friendly, Zimerle said. It is being pre-engineered and pre-built, “so it should go up like an erector set,” he said. While based in Lima, OH, PERRY proTECH has been in Fort Wayne since 1983 and currently employs approximately 80 employee-owners in the market. The new building will provide plenty of room for future company growth. The location near the airport also offers the strategic advantage of being both central and convenient to the Fort Wayne area. “This is an exciting moment for our company,” Zimerle said. “This transition streamlines our current processes and will better equip us to serve the needs of the Fort Wayne area moving forward.” ### About PERRY proTECH PERRY proTECH is uniquely positioned in business technology solutions by providing all that a business needs to compete in today’s world.
