As part of ongoing surveillance, Fitch Ratings has affirmed its rating of 'A-' on Commerce City, Colorado's (the city) $30,900,000 of outstanding certificates of participation (COPs, or the certificates), series 2006. The Rating Outlook is Stable.The certificates are secured by lease rental payments made by the city to the Commerce City Finance Authority for use and occupancy of a civic center.
