New Ricoh/IKON EDGE Device (ES400)

Here are some pics of the new ES400 I got today. So far I can say it is better than the blackberry and WAAAAY better than the Pos Edge

Weighs less than the EDGE but about as much as 2 BB's
uses image capture vs barcode for inventory and scanning.

How are the ES400's performing now that you have had them for a while. We may be adopting these devices later on this year and I am interested in how reliable they are, how well the OS and software works and things like battery life, barcode scanning ease etc.
