Dead Touch panel and buttons 1250, 6000

I have several 1250, C6000 touch panels and key pads that are non responsive. I believe we have 7 in total that have gone down in the past 2 weeks. Very high humidity in Minneapolis. Wondering if anyone had ideas as to what may be the cause of it or even better, what part you can replace besides just the whole operation panel. I called Konica and they really had no help.

My company is planning the production of these touch panels. Will let you know here when they are available. About two weeks I think.
