    Offending command: SHKMFeatures

    Hi,

I'm currently trying to send a .ps file created with our variable program, FusionPro VDP Creator 9.3.9, to our KM Biz Hub 1200 and I'm getting a postscript error - Offending command: SHKMFeatures.

We normally print from pdf files with no problem, however, this time I wanted to try setting the tray pulls from within FusionPro and that cannot work with a pdf.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing that error?

    Thank you
    Lisa

    Re: Offending command: SHKMFeatures

In most causes offending commands come from an object within the PDF itself. My experience has been a bad logo. It may not be practical but if you can send one job in page batches you will likely be able to find the offending graphic. You can also look into the application that wrote the PDF. Also non Adobe apps can cause this. Last point move to a simple adobe reader and just print without a merge and see the results. Hopefully this can be of assistance.
