    develop +224 printing issue

    Hi Folks
    I have a develop +224 which won't print from a mac.
    The machine has account track enabled and all windows machines print fine to it.The mac is running 10.10 and the correct driver has been installed however even though you put the account track code in the driver it still won't print,it does get to the machine but just says error when you go into the log.
    any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    If you look at the Job list does it give you more info than just "ERROR" ?

    Just went through this with a 10.10 user a few days ago...The MFP was setup for password only and they were either putting user name and password, or entering the info in the wrong field. My 10.10.VM supports printing with account track and/or user authentication..BTW to use the latest mac drivers, the MFP has to be up to version 7. This requires both firmware and softswitch settings.     Latest firmware is K5, softswitch 25 should be at HEX 60 to support this version. Emujo

    I hope so, but keep in mind that you are working with the Ineo version of this MFP...I only deal with the actual KM product. I have heard that drivers and firmware are sometimes different than what I would see with the KM devices. Emujo
