    Konica Minolta C280 Margin / Edge

    Hi

    Konica Minolta C280 Getting Margin on the bottom edge while scanning from platen glass and ADF. Please find the attachment.

    Tried adjusting leading edge.

    Please advise

    First complete printer area adjustments to spec then do scaner area to spec.

    There is an A4 size test chart that comes with every new MFP. You need to run this page through the feeder to properly set adf zoom and read adjustments. Emujo

    Yes it comes with the setup manual. Its not an automatic procedure. You can make your own chart.

    Draw line on the page in both directions. Set the magnification based on the length of the lines of the chart you made.
    It's to get the 1:1 aspect ration sorted out. You can set centering and lead edge like that as well.

    Other that having to run the test chart face up and face down depending on which adjustment it is automatic. Service mode, adf adjustments, and the install guide does give step by step instructions. Emujo
