    KMBHC652 Black Line Stripe on All Colors

    While printing there is black line on every printout, on every print light to heavy stock

    Please advice what is the problem

    Replace K drum unit or clean charge corona.

    What have you done so far? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

    id check K Drum/ Dev and Transfer Belt

    I doubt its any more complicated than that

    I am 100% sure that the K drum is the problem and you have to change it

    But image defects on each colour looks the same that's why for at least that fault, look at ITBU

    As we all know, 1st transfer for black is always engage in ITB w.r.t. drum. hence it could be ITB Or Black Drum Unit. Also it would be appropriate to check Developer Unit.
