Konica 7055 error f36-2

Ive got error f36-2 on a Konica 7055 copier.

The thermisters, thermal fuses and lamps are ok so I thought it would be a reset job.

Ive tried dip sw 3-1 but I may not be entering the command properly.

Haven't got much info on Konica as I usually look after Ricoh kit.

I would appreciate help from anyone who is more familiar with these copiers.

Thanks guys. Tony.

I personally do not work on that model, but I do work on other Konica models. I searched Konica's site and found a couple of things. One is the correct procedure to reset the fuser codes and the other is dealing with intermittent 36-02 codes. Hope this helps.

With your 7022, or any machine in this series, all you need to do is touch those darn temperature sensors on the heat roller for them to act up. When I did service those models, I always carried a set of the sensors in my trunk stock. It got to the point that I wouldn't want to change the heat roller or clean the sensors without having a spare in my car.
