authentication printing settings

Was wondering if there is way i can set the printer driver to pop up a window where you type in access code every time some one wants to print instead of having a code all the time in a printer driver authentication/account tab,as this way any one can print in colour. I have 2 codes 1 for b/w and one for colour. Any help much appreciated.
