I have a biz C8000 that ssometimes a day falls the code 39-03 falls..

changed sensor´s changed ....fusing unit for another for teste ..and the same problem

any idea?

It could be bad power. Use a line monitor for that. Or one of the AC drive boards is faulty. Or the main relay.
Make sure its plugged in at a wall socket and no leads and things.
