Hello Guys
I have a problem with a C252. After I power on the machine it shows sand clock on LCD for a while and then LCD goes off and machine never comes up.
As I know this problem caused by NVRAM so I tried to use "4038-F000-Gon-G4-000.EXE" file that is "NVRAM Recovery Card for C250".
I made CF with "Firmware Imaging Tools", but it didn't work and LCD shows only "Firmware Update" on title and nothing else. As release notes of this file shows it works only for MFP Products which is installed Phase 2.01 system or Later. I think my machine is Phase 1.0 so this recovery card doesn't work.
I also have "C252_4038-F000-G10-H5-000(00)_CHECKSUM-A0C1" that is C252 firmware phase 3.0 but after downloading "MFP, Scanner, Printer" everything shows download OK.
But my machine still goes down.
Would you please guide me about thi problem?
Thank You
Try this "stop- 0-7-1-3-9" you may have to do it a bunch of times as theres like 20 files that could be corrupt. Now that you have upgraded the firmware go back and try the recovery program again as it couldnt hurt.
I need NVRAM Recovery Card for Phase 1.0 system.
I have a NVRAM Recovery Card for Phase 2.01 and later and it doesn,t work on my machine
Could anybody help about thi problem?

Just to make sure you are looking at an NVRAM problem I would try an NVRAM from another machine, If your machine comes alive then go thru the process of ordering a new NVRAM, or send yours to be repaired.
