Bizhub 215 aps size error (A3) ????

Hi, i got problem with this device, it come for maintenance after 140k (for the first time after was buyed from other supplier) bad image, fat black lines, toner leaking, paper jamming in fixing unit,adf, etc..., so i change opc, opc cleaner, developer etc...but i found new error to me - aps size error (A3), i use A4 paper (not landscape)...so i decide to clean sensors under cover of ADF and clean scanner glass and format sensor under glass, but problem persist, but when i put small piece of paper on top of glass (4x4cm) direct over format sensor A4 is recognised and i can make copies... didnt try with A3 I was very tired from this s##t. Please help.

Does this 215 have DF-625 installed or Fax Kit?
Check if Pattern 1 is selected in Service's Choice > CIS APS Size
