Nope just plain paper
Nope just plain paper
Ok. A weird repeating pattern loke that I just roll one line on top of the next to see the diameter of the roller or gear responsible for the lines.
Because it seems to not entirely affect one edge of the copy I would look at the 2nd transfer roller in the door for a broken gear or something in the cogs.
Got any pix of the damaged drums ??
Are you certain it's not the T/S plastic guide causing damage ??
Might be time to call it....... too $$$$. Sounds like something else was done that they have failed to mentioned.
I will shed NO tears when the 420s - 501s are gone.
You can see the lines on the dv roller, drum and all else look fine.
So the lines on original, and replacement dev units line up when both setting sided by side ??
could be the black plastic grid on the transfer/ separtion corona is not completely seated and scratching the drum.
Drum is fine. Lines not same on original dv unit
The lines only show up on the DV unit and did so on a new one? Check how your DV box is sitting on the tracks when it slides in. They may be messed up and you are damaging the mag roller when sliding it in the machine. That is the only way you are going to get a damaged mag roller in a new dv unit and still have a good drum. Either that or the toner has rocks in it.
No lines running direction of copy and not hitting anything.
