Likes: Some customers have that mentality that a copier is like any appliance, if that can be maintained for 20 years and it still "works" fine. So why upgrade? Generally this comes from older generations that grew up differently..

Absolutely!! EP450Z, one of the best copiers ever made! Worked on those for many years when I first started in 1988. Nobody ever wanted to get rid of them.

I've done thousands of service calls on these. This one doesn't work, but I've been tempted to dig into it one day. It's just on display. The sales of these are what got this company off the ground so many years ago.
