    Some customers have that mentality that a copier is like any appliance, if that can be maintained for 20 years and it still "works" fine. So why upgrade? Generally this comes from older generations that grew up differently..

    We still have a few of those in the field, too. Good to know we're not alone.
    Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22.

    Absolutely!! EP450Z, one of the best copiers ever made! Worked on those for many years when I first started in 1988. Nobody ever wanted to get rid of them.

    I've done thousands of service calls on these. This one doesn't work, but I've been tempted to dig into it one day. It's just on display. The sales of these are what got this company off the ground so many years ago.
