konica c360 red and green streaks on black and white copies

have a konica c360 or 361 not sure which that leaves a 1/2 inch red streak and a 1/2 inch green streak on color or black and white copies. it can be cleaned up by running 10 and then it stays good until you turn machine off and on again and back to streaks. i dont see the streaks on the drum. emptied waste toner and cleaned all drum units coronas and it didnt make it any better. almost like blade is failing but dont see streaks on drum.. sometimes copy comes out where streak changes color every 1/4 inch. any ideas

Gotta be a xfer cleaning problem.

Transfer belt for sure.
Try to remove the cleaning unit from it and vaccum it.
If problem comes back after a while replace it.
