I got Bizhub C368 running for 8 months now. While printing the print out is all good but the edge of the print has faded. tried isolated with new dev unit,drum unit still no progress. please do advice if any solution to this.

Are you a tech?
Can you provide some samples?
I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.
Have you cleaned the printhead?

No haven't but I took it out seems to be ok
I have taken every thing out to clean it and install again. still same problem.
faded from the back of the machine
Stop the machine with the image on the transfer belt.
Is the image faded on the belt.
Post the half-tones set at 125.
