C6000L with LU202 jams J1501

We have a C6000L with a LU202 on it, it's done just over 1mil. We keep getting a 1501 jam from the LU, most of the time it seems to not pickup the paper. I've changed the pickup & feed roller, the Sep roller and the 2 clutches. I've adjusted the pickup sensor and solenoid. But it keeps jamming, seems to get worse the more you keep trying it. Any help or ideas would be great.

Drive Motor? Sticky shaft bushings on transport?

Must admit I haven't replaced the motor yet, was going to next.
