Di-2010 fax setting

i am tryin to set the fax so it will print a tx confirmation. i can go to fax settings and set as wanted, but as soon as the machine is put into copy mode the setting returns to its default. how can i change the default? is this a sign sign of another issue? please help. thanx

Are you going to where it ask if you want a report to print if the transmission fails or you want one every time. The settings are in the admin mode. If you are in the correct area then the machine may need a flash.
