Having trouble upgrading the firmware on a +368, keeps coming up this function is not available anyone came across this before, tried formatting the stick and putting it back on but still the same

It sounds like you are not pressing the stop key at power up with the USB stick inserted into front port( should see a small black dot while MFP boots to firmware up mode). You would get this message if you inserted a USB stick while the MFP was still prepping the user box/scan modes. Emujo

front door does not need to be open . make sure the folder is Fw001 leave all the files in this folder after it is unzipped. try a smaller usb. biggest i have used on these is 16 gb

I had to flash one of these things to get rid of the b003's, a couple of weeks ago. I tried 3 different drives. A 2G and 2 16G's. I went and bought a new Sandisk 16G and it finally worked. I dunno.

hi all,
I have tried diferent sticks but with no result. I found always the black dot in the right corner, and the machine is not responding like it is making an infinite loop. Anybody have a suggestion?
