Re: Error Code C-6756 in ineo +454e

Id take this back to basics.... try a trouble reset function to see if the display will come to life and if it does UNSET the scanner again. First rule is if it was working before you changed something then you caused the fault.
If the machine does not boot i advise going through the troubleshooting guide for the no boot SSD problems TNEU1400013EN. It also notes in here a C-6756 code issue, which states to do a system error clear.

Re: Error Code C-6756 in ineo +454e

    hello ,

    update :

i replaced the mfp board and the ssd board from an other machine and the machine started with fans and motors and everything

so i assumed that i have to change the MFP board for this machine

then i put its old MFPB back and weirdly starts (motors & fans were not making any sound at first )

now the machine starts but i get this error and i'm not able to remove it : C- E301

anybody have any idea about this C- E301 ?

    thank you

In my experience e301 has always been a corrupt print job. Is it connected to a network?

What firmware have you flashed it with?
What machine and type have you set when you were replacing the MFPB? and what have you got now during FW loading procedure?
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

With most machines now, but especially Konica Minolta products, it doesn't work to swap around boards. Replacement boards (like those from the manufacturer or Hytec) are initialized, and ready to accept data from the other boards within your machine. When you follow the procedure in the manual to install a replacement board it retrieves data from other sources (SSD, MFPB, and print controller) to "marry" the replacement board to the machine. Once "married" it will not work in any other machine, unless initialized and replacement procedure is followed again.

Swapping minor boards like a paper size PWB will still work, but major boards will not. In many cases I've seen machines made unfixable by swapping multiple boards. You can discard this technique of troubleshooting on machines manufactured any time after, say year 2000.

    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    My luck...

    Got the same problem.
The trouble code history will show C-F907. The code appearing on the screen is secondary.
C-F907 is an abort code relating to SIO Relieving port...DF
In short the MFPB is #$%^.

But why what toasted it?? The DF or dual scan ??
    Whatever

that's what i was going to do change the MFPB !

then i found in my archive MFPB Reset Tool i rest it and it worked fine and the error gone

now the printer is working fine BUT from Code C-6756 and the printer just displays the error and the motors doesn't start > to error C- E301 > to working fine i couldn't think of any source of the problem other than detaching the wires and put them back helped to start the motors maybe !

Just to clarify. Do you have a printout or know the version of firmware prior to loading the G20-J9?
There were some issues with J-series of firmware btw.
Also, if there was previously G00-xx firmware and you have jumped over the version up firmware (G20-A9) there might be your problem.
