Entering Service Mode

Hello all!

I am trying to complete setup of this equipment (Bizhub c3350) and I am not finding the procedure to enter service mode. Can anyone please assist.

6.1 Access method to the Service Mode
1. Touch [Menu].
2. Touch [Counter].
3. Touch [Keypad].
4. Press the following keys in this order:
Stop → 0 → 0 → Stop → 0 → 1
5. Touch [Password], and enter the CE password using the screen keyboard or the 10-key
