Your power cable (to the outlet) looks to have worked itself out a bit. Make sure it is pushed in all the way and you might just fix it.
Had the same problem on c7000s where the cable just came loose but still looked plugged in.

PROBLEM SOLVED:

2 resistor of dc board (in photo) R301 & R302 was overload.
replace and machine work fine.
