Sudden vibration in Biz Hub C452

Hello all. This is my first post and hopefully I can get some assistance.

I sat down to print tonight and about 5 minutes after I turned on the printer, a loud vibration began in the top of the printer ie. in the section that you lift up to put the paper on the glass for copying. The specific area the vibration is occurring is to the left all the way to the end where four white rollers are. It sounds like a jack hammer. Does anyone know what is causing this? It doesn't stop me from printing.

That's quite a horrendous noise from an ADF. Sounds a bit like a guide plate is bent and scraping against one of the driven roller shafts.

I had a Kyocera making a worse sound than that once. They had been scanning documents that had been mailed to them that had some of the sticky silicone goop on the flap. Quite a lot of that sticky stuff got adhered to the idlers just before the white plate, and two of those idlers would not turn. It was not a simple disassembly, but simple to diagnose. The sound clip does help, thanks. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That is a series issue, does it make the noise if you're not printing?

99% of what I do is printing I don't remember the last time I copied anything. So I am surprised that the noise is coming from that area. Any suggestions as to how I can fix it? Do I need to pull it apart? Do I need a technician?

The noise begins about 20 seconds after the machine is turned on and has completed its "booting" phase - for lack of a better word.
