Exactly my thoughts blackcat. And exactly why I avoid calling K/M tech support. Always a bad board with them.

A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 3 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...
Prcb does not directly control the trays on this engine, the paper feed driver board does. (PWB-KH) and communicates to the PRCB by a flat cable. I have had this fault before where the tray continues to pickup additional sheets on a single page job after the first sheet is fed and then the machine stops with a jam detected at pickup, on this engine and the previous 652 series. It was this board in this instance. (PWB-KH)
Sorry for the delay all! And thank you for the feedback!
The problem has been resolved!!! It ended up being the paper feed drive board. When speaking to the agent at Konica, they said that they were looking at the manual and this machine didn't have that board, that's why they suggested the PRCB. I didn't even think to argue with him, and I didn't look at the service manual for it myself like i should've. But all is good to go now, and I know for the next time!
Thanks all!

Congratulations on your success, and thanks for posting back your results. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
