    Konica Minolta C6000 with J-9451 can't duplex

    Good afternoon all...
Working on a new customer looking for help on a machine that has had an issue while duplexing. Simplex jobs are not an issue and print with solid image and little to no jams. A duplex job will jam at pre-registration of the 2nd side with an error code of J-9451 which points to PS23. In I/O check mode the sensor works without fail and with a slight touch. We have replaced the sensor and the actuator and the ADU Drive Board with the same issue. I would go for the Main PCB but if the sensor changes states I don't want to just swap components until I know what the failure is. I was thinking there might be an issue with either ADU loop motor (M57) or ADU reverse motor (M32) but can't remember if I checked those in I/O check mode.

One funny thing I noticed is that the J-9451 doesn't show up in the Jam list of the Management List...

Anyone see an issue like this? TIA

It's all the time with different paper stocks and different sizes.
