C6000 Lower Fuser Temp Fault C-3912
OK I really need some help here. I am desperate. I have a C6000 that get a C-3509 fault then after reset warms up forever then gets a C-3912. Upon inspection the lower fuser roll never heats up. I have replaced lamp, thermostat, thermistor or temp sensor both front and rear connector on fuser section / Frame, the AC Driver board and Printer control PWB. I can measure voltage all the way to the board but still no heating up on the lower fuser roll. Ideas ? Help!

You are replacing lamp L5 right? Single lamp in lower roller? A03um32*00?
The star is for a e or f depending on your country. E for USA

Have you tried an ohm meter at the connector to make sure the lamp circuit is closed?

C-3912
Root Cause
C-3912 code at power up or "Machine warming up please wait" message.
Workaround/Fix
PROBABLE CAUSES:

Re: C6000 Lower Fuser Temp Fault C-3912
Thanks for the help. Even though it was pointing to the lower lamp L5 it was an upper lamp L2 not lighting. Ordered lamp and will let you know.
