C6000 Lower Fuser Temp Fault C-3912

OK I really need some help here. I am desperate. I have a C6000 that get a C-3509 fault then after reset warms up forever then gets a C-3912. Upon inspection the lower fuser roll never heats up. I have replaced lamp, thermostat, thermistor or temp sensor both front and rear connector on fuser section / Frame, the AC Driver board and Printer control PWB. I can measure voltage all the way to the board but still no heating up on the lower fuser roll. Ideas ? Help!

You are replacing lamp L5 right? Single lamp in lower roller? A03um32*00?

Have you tried an ohm meter at the connector to make sure the lamp circuit is closed?

Re: C6000 Lower Fuser Temp Fault C-3912

    Error
    C-3912

    Root Cause
C-3912 code at power up or "Machine warming up please wait" message.

    Workaround/Fix
    PROBABLE CAUSES:
    1. Failed ACDB.
    Replace the ACDB (p/n A03U H520 02).
Note: Before replacing the ACDB ensure that temperature sensor/3 (TH3) is working. TH3 will read if one of the fuser lamps is open.

    2. Failed fuser lamp(s).
Check continuity of the three upper fuser lamps L2, L3 and L4. Check the operation of the three upper fuser lamps in the Service Mode by following the steps below. Replace failed fuser lamp (p/n A03U M31E 12 for bizhub PRO C5500/C5501/C6500/C6500P/C6501/C6501P/C65hc and p/n A1DU M31E 00 for bizhub PRESS C6000/C7000/C7000P/C70hc/bizhub PRO C6000L).
    a. Press Utility/Counter.
    b. Press "Stop 00" "Stop 01" to access Service Mode.
    c. Press State Confirmation.
    d. Press I/O Check Mode.
    e. Enter code 45 using the numeric keys.
    f. Press Access to enter multi mode 11 (L2).
    g. Press the START key. Verify the lamp comes ON.
    h. Press the STOP key.
    i. Press "C" key to enter another multi mode.
    j. Repeat steps 6 through 8 for multi mode 12 (L3) and 14 (L5).

Thanks for the help. Even though it was pointing to the lower lamp L5 it was an upper lamp L2 not lighting. Ordered lamp and will let you know.
