Error code c -c101 in bizhub press c 1070

have a bizhub press c 1070 showing error code c-c101 on switching on .screen comes on displaying error code.tried upgrading firmware no change. any suggestions

could be a shorted wire or a blown ICP on the PRCB. (or both)
there are bulletins on other color pro machines but i found nothing for the c1070 in particular.

Have checked all icp including icp10.on prcb. could dcps be an issue even if it does not display a related error code
