What are you trying to fix?

seems he doesn't want to answer that ... I would be wary of sending people files like that... esp IF they claim to be a tech..they SHOULD have access to the portal to download.

We just got this printer second hand as we needed something decent for the small office we're in, but unfortunately the admin password has been changed and the seller isn't sure what it is (it was from a liquidation auction).

I sure wish there was a way to vet people on here so it would only be actual technicians allowed instead of the end user trying to get free info and or files vs. calling a tech to fix their issue. What really drives me nuts is when someone on here actually gives away a file (usually after a request to donate to the forum) that only a factory trained technician should have access to. Next thing you know, a technician is going to be out of a job somewhere because of these F/W files being in the wild when they should never be.

I stucked in this too, after replace the Drum Unit, I need password to reset it, the default 92729272, 12345678, 00000000 cannot be used.

that seems to escape most people here... they have limited troubleshooting skills and (it appears) they have no ability to use simple search parameters to find even thee simple things ( bet they don't have that problem finding porn tho!)
