    Angry Bizhub C550 Error Code C3724 After New Fuser

    We keep getting an error code C3724 on a bizhub C550 over and over and over. We have replaced the fuser unit multiple times yet it keeps coming back. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance!

    How long between recurrences? could be bad mains power.

    did you reset it right with trouble reset. there is a pwb that controls this. also might be the induction plate

    It is 3-4 months in between and with a different fuser, it comes back 3-4 months later...?

    Yep, we will reset it and maybe get several weeks, then a few, then 1-2, then days and end up replacing it. Then it starts all over again...?

    We follow the absolute strict recommended way of Konica Minolta's "Trouble Reset" procedure and add extra time to boot even, makes no difference.
