    Bizhub C652 with an FS-526

I have a Bizhub c652 with a FS-526 attached to it and when one or two pages of 8&1/2 by 11 is ran portrait its fine and landscape is fine as well but as soon as i have more than 5 pages ran portrait the machine starts pulling the paper back into the finisher and starts building up inside the finisher. the problem is is that it will spit all the paper out before a jam is recognized but the papers is coming out curled and in some spots torn. has anyone ran into this before and what did you do to fix it. ive tried upgrading the firmware and just finished upgrading it with gh7-c5 and it cut it down a little bit but its still doing it.

Have you cleaned all sensors, rollers and paddle arms?
Try doing a video to have better view of your problem.
    Is staple function working OK?
To me there is something in the paper path messing your paper. Torn mylar, ripped piece of paper.
What were the last jam codes from history?

So, it's just dumping the paper in the finisher ... where? Is the finisher still recognized as an accessory? Any pertinent error messages on the Management List? =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
