    Service Mode Lock Out

I'm working on a bizhub C280 and tried to access the service mode 0, stop, 0,0, stop, 0,1, a keyboard pops up on the display panel requesting to input a password, attached photo. I tried everything I knew, unsuccessfully. This is a new one to me, any help? Please advise.

    Thank you,
    Johva

This is the CE password, enhanced security is enforced. If the default CE password does not work you will need to get a KM rep involved to get past this. Emujo

Try enter service mode from the trouble reset screen, on some models you can get arround the required password that way.

    Re: Service Mode Lock Out

Some dealers change these passwords to prevent a customer just looking it up online.

Default is 9272927292729272. We shorten ours using enhanced security mode to make it easier for our engineers.
