Working on a Bizhub 222 they were having email scanning issues and i was working with there IT and he ended up making an SSL and now we can not access the Webtools on the machine is there anyway around this or can I remove it somehow? I have SSL turned off on the machine and have done a total clear already but still no luck. Thanks
Hate to be the bearer of bad new but the Bizhub 222 does not support the newest version of SSL for SMTP. They will have to setup a SMTP relay without SSL using port 25, there should be a knowledgebase article about it.
Because it's an outdated version of ssl is probably why the web interface doesn't work either.
You should be able to turn off ssl under utility-> Admin 2->security-> SSL/TLS.
