    Machine life yields?

Wonder what the highest number of clicks on a B423 could be?
Will these machines reach say 3Mil copies?

I've seen 1.8M. You might be asking too much. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

As long as this isn't a machine specific sub.... I've got a C6500 with about 2.05million B/W and 831k color.

I remember seeing a lot of Konica Minolta models designed to run 8 million pages over 5 years. Of course this is based on their UNrealistic high monthly volumes which no one runs. I would think a bizhub 423 could easily run 2-3 million. Especially if run over a 5 yr period. As machines get older other things come into play. Like everything else time take a toll on it. Except for wine of course which gets better with age

In my experience 1.5 million is the most you can get without reliability issues on a BZ423. After that, feed assemblys start to give out, the reg unit bushes and rollers wear out and I've had a couple of drive units give up as well. In addition you will start to experience various rattles and squeaks that can come from almost anything that moves inside the machine including the write unit. The most I've seen so far is 2.5 million and it needed a lot of looking after!
