Bizhub308 and faxes

Installed a new BH308 at customer site. This is a very heavily used fax. You can set faxes on ADF and send. It will store them in Que. But after first fax leaves the machine, It will never send the rest. We have initialized the fax numerous times. We have done firmware, new fax board. New main board. Checked all settings we can think of. We have a call into tech support, but no help so far.
Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!!!

Make a few calls on a reg phone and make sure the line is hanging up each time. Looks like you have done everything you can as a tech on your end. I think its time to start looking into their phone line. Also did u test the copier in your office before getting it on site? If u can, bring a 3320 or other small copier/fax to test.

Yeah, sorry forgot to mention. This replaced a BH222 that was working just fine.

Have you changed the phone lead? Adding ferrite core?

Is the issue happening on local nr's or national or international?

Try ECM off and lower the TX speed. V34 Off.

Was the faxboard fully initialised? Is the USB in the correct slot? Marketing Area set to the right country or if within EU is it EU and not FR or GB or such?

Have you tried adding or changing memory?

How do the Diagnostic checks of machine come through?

How about the diagnostics of the Fax Board it self?

have you tried doing a fax file format in service mode under fax option
I have had many weird fax issues on that series of machines and this
has rectified the problems , make sure you perform it about 10- 20 times
just to make sure

If you send them one by one does that work? The HDD is there and working ok?
Seen this model run out of memory if TX is to slow.
Does it keep on printing and copying.
