you most likely made a contribution to the CTN Site.. not for firmware... look back at your posts.. who replied to say " you'll get more help if you contribute " that person is PROBABLY is the one to PM.....

yes a newbie coming in asking for copyrighted/protected software MOST times won't get it for free ..

if you were certified for your machine/brand you would have that Manufactures Support Site available.


I Contribute because I want to see this site grow and prosper. I can't remember IF I ever asked for firmware/system software!?
