    C2060 with 300gr paper...

    hi,
    i have a new accuriopress c2060 and i have this problem when i print on 300gr width paper. on 130gr its normal.. any body know this prob

    I think it's pretty obvious that it's the magenta developing unit. Yellow + magenta = red. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    I would agree, I had a c1060 do that exact symptom but it was the yellow Dev in that case on a pretty new piece of gear.

    Have you set the correct papeweight into the machine as the image looks unfused.

    The machine uses different belt / Dev speeds based on weight. The heavier the stock, the slower the speed, at lower speeds the Dev doesn't fill the mag roller effectively if low on Dev.
