C2556 is a Yellow TCR sensor abnormally high toner density , first time I try to change the Yellow UI .

Thanks, brush and path toner are good,there are toner in cartridge, but I can not add toner in service mode,start buttom lights red,I See call service and yellow, magenta,cyan and black have several error codes, maybe can be a electronic card. How can I reset this code?

Install a new yellow IU

If you have a problem in a yellow UI you can´t reset the code , this code reset with the front door and exit again when the machine start to make image adjustment . Try with another yellow UI to do a test .

You can't fix an IU by doing an error clear. If it is defective, it needs to be replaced. I know they are expensive, but that is the risk of being in the copier repair business.

Thanks the problema was IU .I changed it and the copier is working right
