Konica C220 ADF jam 66-01

Hi all

I have a machine jamming with jam code 66-01 in the ADF (DF-617).

It is multi-feeding intermittently....

I have replaced ADF rollers, tried the separation housing spring in all three locations, replaced the separation roller torque limiter, blew out the sensors & pads and even added a couple of screws to the lift plate to increase the pressure at pickup....

Any ideas to get round this without smashing it up?

Trim the mylar on the pre-separation pad back a couple millimeters and put the tension spring in the bottom slot,(least amount of pressure). that has always solved the multi-feeding problem for me.
