There are some aftermarket things I use, drum reset chips on "virgin" color drum units, generic drums and toners on the B&W models, but that is about it. NO aftermarket on color products, NEVER use aftermarket developers! I work mostly on Kon/Min & HP.
These owners trying to skimp don't realize how hard it is for a tech to walk into a copy quality service call knowing they are using generic consumables. Makes it so much harder to troubleshoot which ends up causing the tech to be there longer, etc. NON-productive at it's best!
