fs 533 internal error

I have been fighting with this finisher on a c258 for a while... started off with stapler problem... error 11-01
I took out finisher and took it appart...

fixed stapler unit grinding by reseating and running it a bit...

then had an issue where paper tray kept saying its full...
found that the sensor was stuck because plastic had popped out of place that positions the sensor that detects the exit tray full...

it worked... then rushed to put it together to leave

now getting an issue where the finisher had an internal error and the exit tray goes straight to the bottom and you hear a clacking noise as the gear on the left side gives the exit tray room to play...

I think I can fix this tomorrow by fiddling with the sensors on the sides that mess with tray height...

but being a newb to this finisher...

I am checking to see if there is anything that I have missed... any part you guys think I might need...

Exit tray tried to work,its way to,bottom,then,slacking noise.... One of the black rollers that guide the tray fell off... And was sitting at the bottom of the guide well on the back... Tray slid down... Hit it and then,clack noise... Took another look at stapler unit... Unit bad... Ordering one now... Figure this info would help someone...
