A3 size in duplex mode in bizhub c454e

I have bizhub c454e,

Issue I am facing with A3 size paper in duplex mode from all tray.

A4 in duplex working, but when use A3 either on copy mode or on Print mode, A3 paper comes out without Re-entering into duplex path.

I tried all tray including by-pass with different GSM setting, but result same.

Any help or suggestion.

Does the machine jam after the A3 paper exits? or does it just print A3 as normal as if it were single side?

Thank You for your concern.

I visited today, and found exit duplex Solenoid was not working properly, so paper was coming as simplex,
But yes machine was giving jam pertaining to exit sensor.

Any way My issue resolved.
