    C-3110 Document Feeder

Have a new machine (7K copies) Doc feeder pulls paper in makes turn to glass, only gets partially out. Makes a loud noise like its trying to transport the paper then stops and jams. No blockage in path, does it every time. Any one have an idea I need instructions to remove Doc Feed cover too

What jam codes are you getting? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Just document feeder jams. You can make copies on glass Is there a jam counter log that I can get into that will narrow it down? How do you get into the service mode ( no manual)?

    First task: buy a manual.

I tell this to our techs: I don't read manuals to people perfectly capable of reading for themselves. =^..^=
