you need recovery FW for SATA ill bet.
if you can boot into safe/service mode on the copier check the FW ver for sata (3rd page i think)
if ver 3 then thats the problem. should be ver 4
there are bulletins on the SSD KB if you have access.
manuals are under my workspace on the right in the screen
If there's no SATA firmware level listed, then the recovery firmware will also help. It may take a few tries.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

I told Brent to replace the Hard drive and it fixed the issue. Not sure why other people were talking about firmware recovery. Straight from the book it says hdd issue for the code C-D011
Yeah but there was a bulletin that said all you need is to update the sata firmware. No need to replace drive. Your problem may come back
