Error code c- cd00 bizhub c280

Helo everyone,

Konica Minolta bizhub C280 has just indicated the above code which as per the service manual it relates to security issues, i have asked the user if there was an attempt made on copying prohibited document such as bills, bonds etc but they denied to have tried that....quick inspection was made and i found one of the cable that plugs into the PH relay board was damaged (presumably by mice) and the same to on of the cables that plugs into EEPROM....could these damaged cables lead to the stated error if not them what is the way of recovering this error? I'm currently working with Ricoh dealer so i have no way of directly contacting Minolta platforms.
