Bizhub 287 error CD3A0

Hi there,
A service call came in for a Bizhub 287 with CD3A0 showing on display. Error talking about MFP board (MFPB) • eMMC board (eMMC). Any thoughts.
The machine is very far away, say about 800 miles from me. The customer did mention a power surge.

The total counter values provided by the MFP board (MFPB) and the eMMC board (eMMC) are different.

try firmware, maybe an engine data backup or restore?
gotta get those values to match.
was anything replaced?

Nothing was replaced , that was also my first question. As I mentioned the machine is far away from civilization. A construction company laying new roads. Customer managed to get a tech from a nearby town, who raised hands.
Now matter of fact I don't have firmware available to me for these models.
