C364e shrinking PDF scan to email?

Hey gang.... Another puzzler.I have a C364e that when the customer scans to email, the image of the pdf file created is actually shrunk by a fairly substantial bit...maybe 5-7%. It doesn't do that when making a copy.Current settings are...300 dpi- Auto color- Standard PDF. I had to enable edge erase to remove the border on the trailing edge of a scanned pdf until I figure out the fix.Has anyone else seen this, and if so what can I do to adjust it? The client is a bit.... "Persnickety" about their image quality. Thanks in advance...

I have seen scanned pdf files that would not open in full page view but the actual image was fine.

If the scanned pdf is printed out is it reduced as well?

What reduction? Auto reduction? You can default it to 100%. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It's already defaulted to 100%... but for some reason everything comes back reduced.

Is your client's PDF program reducing the scans? Have you tested it by sending a scan to your own laptop?

They're opening the PDF with Adobe Reader. It's multiple computers on their network, and they are scanning to email...not SMB/desktop scans.

Did you ever locate this setting? I'm still looking for an answer, but not having a ton of luck on my end.

When you scan to your own email what is the result?
