    C3110 Rebooting

We have 3 x Bizhub C3110 at the same customer and all of them can randomly (?) reboot. This can happen booth in stand-by and during a print job.
    Have anyone seen this problem?

I don't think that the power save settings is the cause when the printer reboots in the middle of a print job.

I wouldn't think you would have three bad power supplies. Sounds more like a configuration issue. Firmware fixed my issues. Just some ideas.

Have you checked the error code list? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

In this case a will install a loan and take one back with me and have the admin department use it for a day or two to see if it miss behaves.
Also put a power logger on one. Have seen C35 reboot if the fuser needs to heat up, there was a bad breaker in the DB.
Take one off of the network and see what that does.
Or put a mini switch between the network and the machine don't know why that works, in some cases but it does.
    Whatever

I agree on that. The tech that was onsite ordered the Power supply to eliminate that as a cause.
What FW version did fix your Machines?
