Konica Minolta bizhub c552 doesn’t detect Paper
Hello
Last week paper jammed in tray 1 . I removed jammed paper but now this tray doesn’t detect Paper and think it is empty.
Please guide me

remove and look behind the tray, sounds like paper stuck in the sensor area in the machine itself.
